DeepQuanTR
DeepQuanTR is a software package for the label-free relative
quantification of proteins using LC-MALDI data.
Included in the download is a demo mode in which most functionalities can be tested on test datasets. Upon registration, the fully funcational software allows the analysis of own data.
Detailed description of all functionality is included in the manual which can be downloaded along with DeepQuanTR.
